Answer & explanation
The production is bad: the twenty-four hours excludes only the time of the journey, and that period was exceeded
Article 22(2) and § 58 BNSS allow exclusion only of the time necessary for the journey. Two hours excluded from roughly forty-two elapsed hours still leaves the period well beyond twenty-four.
