Unnatural offences. Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Unnatural offences) has no successor provision in the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
Note: No equivalent in the BNS. Consensual adult conduct was decriminalised in Navtej Singh Johar v. Union of India (2018)
